I'm thinking of picking this up soon with an Omni bounce.

get it, it's a lot of fun...especially using it as off-camera, tons of things to experiment with.
Search sportsshooter for lighting workshops, there was a really good link on there a while ago where this dude used like 4 sb600's and an sb800 or something -- it was insane.
