I know this is about to be pre-empted by the next challenge (calculations) so I better type quickly.
I ALMOST submitted this for Tools of the Trade, but pulled it at the last minute. I've always been curious how it would have done. Comments?

I would have voted it a 5.
Technically, its pretty damn good.
My gribe is that the focus is on the painter, not the paint brush, which is the tool. I also believe that of the 3rd place winner of the challenge, I believe the subject is the firemen themselves, not the water hose. but I am only one.
Cool Photo regardless.

It's a great shot David, and has everything that I would want to see in a scene when I come across an artist doing their craft...the scene being painted, the artist and her tools and the resulting canvas. With great color to boot, this image certainly gives insight into the craft.
