dr I have had to sell three cameras in the past because my family needed the money more than I needed the camera. I know they were not as nice as your D70 but to me they were what I thought to be priceless.

But you know I bounced back, along with the family. When you put your family first you will alway come out on top. We will see you soon, with a new camera, and with more inspiration in your picture.

Hold your head high for you a true man. A man that is willing to sacrifice for his family needs. May you and your family be blessed and I want to see your post your first picture in bold for all to see.

Until then take care, stay with us, and have fun in the forums and voting.

thanks all for your kinda words, and as said - i will return at some point in the future :-)

alternatively, you could donate $1 to the `save pauls camera` fund via paypal at dr3amz@gotadsl.co.uk - and then post this to your work colleagues, friends, families etc etc etc!

or perhaps not :(

you should have ask for this first and I bet you would have gotten enough to save the camera.. I will donate...

Since your camera didn't sell on ebay this may help (maybe its a sign not to sell it)... i'd donate a dollar or two
