It just arrived so I ran right out and took a few shots to test this beauty out. Works wonders for my caffeine shakes!

Here are four 100% crops (converted from RAW then cropped out 640x640 section, no in camera or software sharpening applied). They are shot at full zoom and at 1/125th, 1/20th, 1/60th and 1/30th second respectively, all handheld at full zoom (200mm and 190mm). Data is on each shot.



We have a three day art festival in town so I will get to play with it all weekend!

One little bump for those in the evening crowd (west coast US) who may be intereseted in this lens.

JB, you're gonna love this lens. Takes a little getting used to before you bond ... and it'll work those muscles ... but in the end, you'll love it. I'm thinking of putting a 200% teleconverter on it. We'll see ... and for the record, that's the Big We'll See.

I bought 1 about a month ago to shoot the Gravity Games. Awesome lens.

Wow! The gravity games shots are great! I hope I can live up to this lens' potential.
