I haven't searched through all the threads so I'm not sure if this has been suggested, but I would like to see the highest avge score and the lowest avge score during the voting week. Just so the entrant can have an idea where their score stands. The high scores fluctuate each week and an entrant's avge score of 6 could be really great compared to a highest avge score of 7, but not as well compared to a highest avge score of 9 (just an example). This could be at the entrants home page and would still be anonymous.

ruthann, i believe at some point there was a suggestion to show what place your current score puts you in. don't remember exactly what the outcome was, but i think some people thought it takes some of the mystery away. at least i personally would rather be kept frantically guessing ... ;)

Besides, maybe I'm just paranoid (OK, I AM paranoid) but I could just see people going in and tweaking their votes to try to raise their score in comparison -- especially if they're close to the top.
Wait, nobody would do that, would they?
