| I work at Wolf Camera where we have a regular customer who got all his goodies with us and regularly comes in to chat. It turns out that he has a buddy who works as a staff photographer for National Geographic. In september, he will be coming to my area along with a stringer to shoot rural towns in North Carolina. My customer will be going along and he invited me to go shoot with them as well! I can't believe it. I go to school 3 hours from here(my hometown) but you better believe I'll be excusing myself from class for a couple of days for this opportunity. I'm so excited already I just had to share. Can't wait to get the pics up for you guys, and who knows, maybe he'll even use one of mine for the magazine :) LOL...Now I guess I have to go ahead and get the 12-24 tokina I've had my eye on. Hope all have a fantastic day. |

Excellent news - you need someone to help carry all that heavy gear around?

Very cool! ummm if I suck in my gut, I MAY be able to fit in a camera bag.... ok a really really BIG camera bag....

LOL...I wish I had enough gear that I required help just to carry it around. :) |
