*Bump*
I purchased the Kingston 2gb Elite Pro for $80 (after 2 mail-in rebates) the other day from Buy.com who has other types and sizes available as well.
I admit, I was (and still am) a bit skeptical of the off-brand but I'm going to give it a try. A net-friend has 2 Kingstons...a regular and a fast/elite...and she loves them. She hasn't had any problems with them. I also checked Epinions reviews on Kingston and they were all very positive. So, we'll see how it goes.

I also purchased 2 of the Kingston 2 gb Elite Pros from Buy.com last night. The rebates: you have to read the fine print. You'll get $30 plus $20 off of the first one which they sell you for $129. You only get the $30 off of the first one, the second you only get the $20.
It looks like it's 50x equivalent. Hope the speed is good enough. I trust the company, have used their other products like RAM extensively for 15 years.
It will be nice to have 8 gb!

I have the 1 GB version of this card and no problems at all. For speed I have no complaints at all. I may buy this one now.

Good to know. Thank you.
Also, just an fyi to PayPal users on Buy.com. Be sure you are "Verified" otherwise your order will be cancelled. I had to reorder today because I'm not yet verified.
Can't wait to have some extra memory!
