I have been researching this morning on Photoshop CS2 trying to decide on whether to upgrade or not. I found the following information and thought I would share:

Short PDF article on what changes were made in Photoshop CS2 and where some features went.

Quicktime Tutorial Videos on Photoshop CS2

There are some great short Quicktime videos here for PS CS2.

From what I have read so far the following features make it worth while:

Bridge (File Browser)
Camera RAW
Customize your own menus in Photoshop CS2
Font Menu (Preview Fonts)
Lens Distortion
Reduce Noise
Smart Sharpen
Vanishing Point

Note: I did a forum search prior to posting this and the forum search was disabled. I used the Google feature and did not find a post similar to this. I apoligize if this is duplicated elsewhere.

Concerning the changes in Photoshop CS2 Memory usage:

It appears the downside may be I add another gb of RAM and upgrading my video card :)
