I just discovered maps.google.com.
You can see satellite imagery of your house and get directions. It seems a lot more friendly than mapquest.
The zoom and address locator is right on the money. Here's my place. |

Try Google Earth - It's a 3D version :)

Also check out Google Moon.
Try zooming in all the way.
