This deals with the 20D and an older Sigma 70-210 f/2.8 APO lens. I feel kind of ripped off. I took the lens to the camera store and tried it with the in store 20D and IT WORKED! Got my new camera, and of course error 99.
I then took my camera and lens back to the store, and IT WORKED! It seems it works sometimes but only in low light. This was my favorite lens, and I would like to know if anyone has had this lens re-chipped. Does it work?

i get the same thing except i only get the error 99 when i use my timer remote control
