I'm just posting this because I'm excited: I just got my first major graphics design contract. It's a 5-year contract with a guy who owns 6 companies (one on the stock exchange). We're starting with one design for one product, but he's got 15 more waiting in the wings, then a credit card company that needs work.

This is so big I don't even know where to begin. The contract, by the way, is only for exclusivity, not money. I get to charge based on the work, which is a little daunting, to be honest. I've never had to bid for projects this big, much less been offered a contract to do it long term.

If anyone has advice on what to do (or not to do), I'd sure be appreciative!
