I just noticed I sold two prints - one today and one yesterday. Both of the same image, both 8 x 10s, one glossy, one matte, neither referrals.

This is the print:

Do you think the sales are motivated by someone wanting to show support for London because of the attacks?

It's lovely but kind of odd too to get two sales of the same image on two consecutive days...

i'd say that's a pretty good theory.

Hate to be a wet blanket but maybe the purchase has more sinister meaning. Targets?

edit: obviously I hope not. Better to think it is a good thing.

Maybe one person bought it, showed their friend and then that person decided that they wanted it too..?

Saint, yeah isn't it?

JBS, Targets?!!! Not being funny but if that's the best picture someone who needs detailed info can come up with they havn't got much initiative. I doubt this would aid terrorists looking for info on targets in any way at all!!!

Brian, could be!

Just weird as these are my first sales for a couple of months now...

I bet it was brian's theory. It really is a beautiful picture. I wonder what that shot would look like as an almost night shot, with the lights starting to come on but with all the detail showing. I really love that picture. I'm not surprised it sold 2 two days in a row :)
