Messing around with shooting in low light, after the sun went down a few hours ago. It was a fairly extraordinary sunset, color-wise if not cloud-wise. The fisherman/jetty shot is a case of just messing around, gothich glow/melancholytron etc. Intentionally soft.

As a side comment, it's amazing how much sensor dust there is on this loaner 300D; I can see it all over the place when I max out levels to check things. As a further side comment, supposedly my 20D will be here tomorrow at 4PM, wish me luck...

Comments appreciated; I'm mostly just checkign out the capabilities of the camera here.
