Take a photo that is an early morning shot, but without the sun being in
the frame.

Had a few of those opportunities on the way to work this morning. Beautiful ground fog in low-lying areas, contrast of golden fields of grain with greens, etc.
No camera, no time :-(

That should keep the numbers down! I know I'd struggle getting up early enough for that one.

you'd get plenty of people sayin any natural light in the shot IS the sun, even if the glowing ball of flame isn't specifically shown, we'll have to use flash for pre dawn pics instead :-)

I think it would generate alot of interesting shots, using subtle lighting and shadows.

Or even instead of Sunrise light, how about just Natural Low Light. Then you could do morning or evening. Just a thought. Sounds like it would be a great challenge though either way.
