I attended an exhibit this evening which I found very enjoyable.

Eric Meola was the exhibitor. He has traveled all around the world (to the "Last Places on Earth") and shot pictures which he has put together in a book.

He did a slideshow presentation of those images and took the time to give us background info on the images... sometimes the story behind the scene, sometimes the technique used to get the shot, etc.

Anyway, check out his web sites (links above) I think you'll find them to be enjoyable.
