Accesorize – hats, belts, piercings, tattoos, jewelsâ€Â¦humans like to adorn themselves to express their individuality. Creatively capture this form of self-expression.
Leather – Leather is used in our every day life from the mundane to the glamorous. Take anything you want, but the main subject has to be made of leather.
Dawn – Get your asses out of bed and photograph anything you want using the first light of day. No studio set ups. Your photograph must be taken outside using natural light at dawn.
Tools of the Trade – Almost every profession has their own set of tools they use to get the job done. Use your imaginations to photograph these tools as the main subject.

I like the ideas, hope PETA doesn't see some of the leather photos lol
Tools of the trade has been put into the random pot of suggestions I think last month so we should see it sometime.

I believe multiple threads are ok in this case. Otherwise the "challenge suggestions" forum would only contain one thread.

Here are some I thought of today.
Hands
Human hands are a wonder of nature. Show us how versatile they are.
Eggs
Handle with care. Have fun.
Paranormal Activity
Take a picture of something which cannot be explained by science.
People at Work
Show us one or more persons who are working on something.
In the Forest
You know, the big green areas with lots of trees. Have a closer look, enjoy the peace and become one with Nature.
Electricity
Take a picture of electricity in action.
Near & Far
Take a picture which includes the two ideas of 'near' and 'far'.
Bubbles
Bubbles.
Crime
Sad but true, crime is a part of everyday life. Show us how creative criminals can be.
Oops
Sometimes, things go wrong. Take a picture of something that did not happen as planned.
Life
Show us what Life means to you.
Teamwork
Groups are often stronger than individuals. Show how we can help each other by working together.

| These are neat ideas! I'd like to try the dawn shot myself, the lighting then is always fun to work with! And the Tools of the Trade could come up with some unusual pics. Wonder how we go about adding these to the Challenges list...is there even a list? |

SC does all the official adding. We go through these threads and add to the list from here. The list is huge, by the way.

If we nail a bunch of "Oops" shots, we can all earn a living making thos horrid motivational posters that one sees plastered all over managers offices. ;)

Heres some off the top of my head, some have already been done.
Female-take a picture of a female or something obviously to do with females
Male-same as above but male
glamour- show your best glamour shot
white- take a pic where main focus is something white
movie titles-recreate a movie title
favorite movie scene-recreate your fav movie scene
nude-take a nude non-porno pic
self portrait-take a pic of yourself
song titles-receate a song titile
emotions-show us your emotions
historical- take a picture of someone,some place or something from a historical era
desire-take a pic of what desire means to you or that obvisously says desire
naughty-take a pic of someone being or feeling naughty
fetish-take a pic of what would be considered fetish
children-take a pic of some of children

Homes- take a pic of your home
Pet photography- take a picture of a pet yours or someone elses
mailboxes-take a pic of a mailbox or boxes
Photomanipulation- created from your own images
Front Page- take a newspaper front page pic(and not of a newspaper)

Two more suggestions:
The Four Elements
The Ancient Greek divided the world into Fire, Water, Earth and Sky. Your image must contain at least two of these.
Wishful Thinking
We don't always get what we want. Your task for this challenge is to show us a dream come true.
Since we now have 'dual' Open Challenges:
Heaven
Show us what you imagine Heaven is like.
Hell
Show us what you imagine Hell is like.
[Of course, you have to choose which one you prefer. Just as in 'real' life, you can't have both.
