Pitiful situation...I clandestinely photographed this terrible scene with telephoto lens from behind fat lady tent while at local carnival. This cannot be countenanced. Where is the DPC media???

Because 54% of the duckies that form the rim of the mass are looking towards the center of the vessel, and you did not use the words "duck" or "Anas Platyrhynchos" in the text signifying the content of your image, I would say the situation does not call for any undue attention.
