I am trying to put a picture of me in my profile, but it keeps telling me wrong size, the photo needs to be 120x90 but when you type 120 in photoshop it automaticly sizes the other field to 80 and dp wont let me upload it, how do i fix this

Uncheck - Constrain Proportions .. but it would probably not give you the results you are looking for.
You can use the crop tool and enter the dimensions required.

Photoshop is keeping the proper ratio that is why it makes the other field 80px. What you might want to do is make your make you height 90 then crop off the excess width using the crop tool to make is the proper 120x90.
