I get mine from a local frame shop. That was after being ripped off by Micheals! Check this out. I asked them to cut two matts for me, one to fit just inside the other. Then I asked them if I could have the centers...they did charge me for the whole peice of matt board. They gave me the centers, but only haver they had glued them together. That was my last trip to a store that is too expensive anyway.

Wal-mart, has a pretty good selection of pre-cut matts, and is a good place to get different sizes and colors. But luckily I have the local framing shop, 'Frame-It'. They are very helpful and give me pretty good deals as well.

The local frame shop will probably have better quality mattes than Wal-Mart though your local Wal-Mart may be different.

They do custom framing and everything.

ACMOORE. Once a month they have a 40% off sale, and I stock up.

DickBlick.com - and I used to order from a different online source (I think it was PictureFrames.com) but they would come damaged and their minimum quantity was higher. I've been really happy with DickBlick.
