Hi:

Am going to Springfield, MA on Tuesday. Would love to have some suggestions on great places to shoot. I am looking for things like old covered bridges, lakes, boats, etc. Landscape stuff.

Thanks in advance.

If you can travel, Sturbridge Village is (I think) only about 45 minutes east on the Mass Turnpike. Also Boston and Newport, R.I. is not too far. If you're not able to travel too far try:
Springfield, Ma Info
I just came back from Rhode Island and got some great shots on the bay - I'll post some on my day off. Hope this helps, Ray

Thanks so much - I think I will definitely go to Sturbridge Village and thanks for the link to W. Springfield. I'll check it out.

See whats up on Evergreen Terrace. Say hello to Homer, Bart and the whole gang.

Not sure where Springfield is and my atlas seems to have forsaken me this morning... but if you can make it to the NE corner of the state head for Salisbury and Salisbury Beach. They are both right off the pike and there is some very scenic countryside through there and the beaches are awesome there as well. Have a great trip!!!

If you can find the Simpsons' house it'd be worth a shot or two.

Where is the Simpson's Springfield? Perhaps you'll find it here:

Salisbury sounds good, however it is about 2-1/2 hours from where I'll be. Maybe I will be able to venture out further than I expect once I am there. I will put Salisbury on my list. Thanks!!
