I was out trying to catch the sunset, and stumbled on this house on a back road...

Buy 1 camera, get one piece of dust, free!!!

My camera came with dust as well. Actually, I think I have some on the mirror or focusing screen too. They should be more careful.

I left you a comment.

You only got one piece of dust? My camera must be better than yours: fresh shipments of free dust appear on my lens each week! ;)

Love the shot, very nice! As for the dust... mine came with a bunch too.

yes my camera came with about 5-6 dust specks...what is the best way to clean my sensor?

One thing I've found is that my D70 stays almost dust free. It's the lenses and filters that seem to attract a desert of lint and such...

Thanks for the comments. I was trying out the exposure bracketing. I just set it on two exposure bracketing, -2 stops. Then with a steady hand, fired off two shots, one properly exposed, the other -2 for the sky. It seemed to work out good.

Then I forgot I left it on bracketing when I stopped up the road at some cows by a fence. On the LCD, a few looked dark, but my adrenaline was pumping as I kept trying to get the camera closer and closer and closer.

I ended up with my camera about 2 feet into the fence (as far as my hand would stretch) with the camera about 2 feet from the cow (definately within sneezing distance lol). I held onto it SOOOO tight and also held onto the strap with my free hand. The cows were getting mad and snorting at me.

Oh yeah, as far as the dust...well, I took the lens off, turned on mirror lock-up and inspected the sensor. There is the smallest piece of something on it. I'm thinking of picking up a hand-blower or whatever today along with a spare battery just incase.

edit: Just sucks that I won't be able to enter open challenges unless I go get that blower and clean my sensor. It really is pretty visible even when resized to 640 from the original.
