Hey. I received my 300D-Rebel today, and i was wondering about the first charge. I have usually charged my cellphone/etc batteries for about 12-20 hours before using. Do new batteries need it? I also bought a 3rd parteh 1600mAh BP-511. Same with that?
The charger said full (blinky light now solid) after about 100min |

| I believe the directions say that when the charger indicates full charge, it's not quite full (something like 90-95%). They recommend leaving it to charge for another hour or so. |
