A tip for you all. I have purchased Hoodman screen protectors in the past, and they are very good, except that they sell them labeled for a range of sizes, and it seems the protector is actually for the smaller size listed. So buy bigger than you need.

Kind of mad about this (since I could not return them) I later bought the Digital Concepts Universal screen protectors. These are much better designed for fit--they are sheets, labeled for sizes, that you trim. BUT OPTICALLY, THEY ARE BAD!!! So I advise against them.

In sum:

1) Hoodman protectors are good, but buy bigger than you think need, or make sure the smaller number on the package is closest to the size you need.

2) Digital Concepts universal screen protectors should be avoided, because of their poor optical qualities.

At least IMHO. This has been a public service announcement :)

Bump for the evening/night crowd. Maybe we need a "hardware/accessory review section so comments etc. about hardware are not lost in the forums.
