The Ramona (North of San Diego) Props and Rods Airshow was actually a very nice outting. A bit different than everyday airshows in that you have static airplane displays, an automobile contest/show, aerobatics, Calfornia Department of Forestry aerial demos and then the runway is opened for a bit of drag racing. Made for a fun but busy day. It was quite a bit better than was advertised.
Here is but a few (of 700+) from today, still haven't made it to the good stuff. It is fun comparing this years shots to last years as that would be when I sorta officially started having fun with this hobby.

Got through a few more today...
All the Cars were shot with the Tamron SP 17-35mm very little crop on these as they were close to full frame shots so the downsizing wasn't the kindest.
accidental B/W's when I bumped my set button and went to Parm 3 - b/w:
These are reposts from a thread where I explained my little B/W boo boo:
And we got some color ones...

Nice collection of shots!
I recognize a few of the rods from the Cruising Grand weekly show here in Escondido. Superb tone in a few of those B&W's by the way - oops or not!
Nicely done.
