| DPC should print a photography book! I know that I would buy one. I think that it would be great! You could have photos, member interviews, and tips and tricks. I know that all of this is already on this site but it would be really cool if it was in a book too. |

| ME! I have several photography books and have been published in one of them. (The International Library of Photography)--scam contest-if you win you get published but have to pay $50 for the book and everybody wins of course!) I bought the book like a sucker! |

I think thats a great idea! I'd love a tangible copy of things like this that I could save and reference! Getting the photographer's permission, of course, to include their images and such in a book. |

If I bought a book, I'd scan it & keep it on my laptop so I could refer to it whenever I needed to. ;-)

How about a nice coffee table book with all the ribbon winner's photos in it.... could do it once a year :o)

Color printing is expensive -- production cost for this would be at least $20-25,000 -- that's why publishers are needed, to put up the money up-front. We've considered both books and calendars in the past, but it would probably require pre-paid subscriptions to fund it, and I don't know how many members REALLY can afford $25-50 for something like that. |

i know another site that routinely bugs me to put a photo in their *book* for the low low price of $59.95 american... lol
