So, my wife and I have been approved for a home equity line of credit.

In the words of Homer Sympson....WoooHooo!

I am going to put a significant amount down into a layaway plan at my local camera store. I have been shmoozing the owners there the past year, and telling them that some day I was going to do just that.

I am going for two things.

1= Canon D1 Mark 2 digital camera
2= 100-400mm EF/L lens.

The beauty of the layaway plan is one I am not paying interest. And two, if a newer better camera comes out, I will just switch to it.

I am salavating.
