Does anyone have this second release version?
And if you do, could you e-mail me the installer for it?
I upgraded to the v1.1.3 and it's causing my laptop to crash. I guess it really neeeds 512MHz or more of RAM.
Thanks.

Sorry I deleted mine. I'd try re-downloading ver 1.1.3 and starting over. Of that does not work send them an e-mail at their site and they will likley send you the old verison.

I tried looking at their site, but they seem to only have the v1.1.3 for download. I don't know if they will allow downloads of older version or not.
I think I may have to upgrade the RAM on my laptop to 512MHz or more I guess.

coolhar,
Thank you. I received your e-mail and sent you my e-mail address. If you have the installer for the v1.1.1. I'd appreciate it if you can send it to me. I guess it'll hold me over till I get enough RAM to run the v1.1.3

By "the installer" do you mean the entire .exe file as downloaded? If so it's been sent.

Thanks Harvey,
It's in my mailbox.
I'll reinstall it later to my laptop.
I mainly post process on my desktop with 1024MHz RAM, but when I go out and shoot portraits for friends, I use my laptop to make adjustments and burn them a CD. I downloaded the v1.1.3 from the v1.1.1 and it was taking hours to write TIFF/JPEG, and eventually crashed my laptop.
I'm hoping to use the v1.1.1 till I can get atleast the recommended 512MHz of RAM on my laptop.
I don't know if this was a bug in my laptop or not as I think v1.1.1 also recommends 512MHz of RAM.

My laptop, with well under 512, runs all versions of RSE with no issues. Rough install perhaps?

mine is celeron, I wonder if not having a Pentium makes any difference.
I may try it once more by reloading the v1.1.3 and if it doesn't work again, then I'll revert back to v1.1.1.
