Went to the park today with my niece and nephew and their families. Just a few shots from today. Comments are greatly appreciated!

I like the group shot... Nice B&W and interesting looking kids without a distracting background, although the tree line running through their heads is a little annoying..
The second one is cute, but her eyes seem a little dead, even though you've obviously used some fill flash?? If you removed the red-eye in PS etc. you need to add back in a catchlight to give her eyes a bit of 'twinkle'. The tounge also looks a little tooo read, unless she's just had a red iceblock? Maybe just a touch of desaturation there.
Good job using the flash outside, many people don't think to try it.
The third one is nice, the shallow DOF is great, and you've got most of his features tack sharp.. The only distracting element is his shoulder, but you can't stop kids hunching their shoulders.. :-).

Yup... Not sure about whitening her eyes though, but it's difficult to tell as I'm using an old laptop at the moment, and the calibration isn't close to right.. (I don't edit photos on my laptop, it's miles out...)
