From the challenge description it could be either......'What does darkness mean to you? Show us with an image'
This should be fun, and get a very varied kind of entry.

I'm out tomorrow morning getting my pic. So definitely not a night time shot. I was to do it today but got caught up with the Auckland Photo Day.
You need to think outside the square with this one. Go with the sinister and I think you'll be doing OK.

The challenge is "what does darkness mean to YOU", right? So really, we can't have any people saying it doesn't meet the challenge, because that would be untrue. It would all be based on technical, right?

if all your ideas fail, take a picture of the ground on a fast shutter speed at a low iso and tiny apature

Darkness means different things to different people..both Physically and Mentally ...I have a feeling some of the trolls will be complaining that a photo doesn't mean darkness... while it truthfully did to the photographer....
