I have been looking on amazon and they have a brand new canon 350 for $500. It is shipped from dealsgallery. Does anyone know if this is a legit deal?
I am expecting some money soon and would love to get this camera. I thought because they dont ship to oz i could get it delivered to my pal in virginia and get her to post it to me. Is there things i should be looking out for with these sorts of deals? Thanks Lisa

I've actually ran into a lot of eastern Europeans trying to do scams through amazon.com.

Make sure all the transactions are done through Amazon.com. Obey their transaction rules and you should be fine.

I highly doubt it's legit. Highly.

If it's not a scam, it is likely a refurbished unit.

I don't know about the second deal but as far as the $500 rebel, I'd be very cautious, I've found in life that usually if a deal sounds too good to be true, it really is too good to be true.

These sellers seem genuine, feedback not bad, but beware of hidden costs, taxes import duties etc.
I can't see how they can sell these items for these prices alone.
Be very careful.

These people have a starting bid of over $1,000.00 and they charge $125.00 Australian to ship.
