A shot that expresses the essence of who you are.no self portraits allowed...
This way you won't get comments that say "That isn't beauty" or "I don't see a decision here' or "That isn't a frame" etc.
Instead you would get "That isn't you"...
DustDevil would be allowed to submit a shot that someone else photoshopped as a special rule. |

Would I be allowed to submit a photo of someone else? |

I myself like this idea. Heck - we might even get to understand our fellow DPCers a bit with this. Then again- there are a few here that I don't think we could ever understand - lol.

I am usually wearing my own clothes when I submit photos, so that's OK.

This would make an en-light-ening challenge. |

I agree that it could be very interesting.
I hope that more users will give their opinion about it.
A sort of "Define yourself" challenge , great idea ! |

I don't think I understand.
Would that be something like what bear_music did for the self-portrait challenge?

Perhaps more like if you were to write your own epitaph, what would it be, and shoot it without having your physical self in the frame.

Ah, now I see. A photograph that perfectly describes you or your general attitide without having you in the frame? |

That's the idea..I guess all photos do this..butthis would be even more representative. I think it would be a neat way to learn about how people see themselves. |
