[quote=BradP] I still own & operate my own auto repair shop in Southern California, specializing in Acura, Honda, Lexus & Toyota.

Outstanding you must not have a partner who robbed you blind! Ownership is nice without partners.

Agreed - my partner "happens" to be my wife. Been getting robbed a long time now, but at least I'm not blind.

I like this thread. Gets me to see you are not all professional photographers. I am in a creative field. I work as a department manager at AC Moore, which is a craft and art store. My departments are wood, and best of all, framing and mats. So I get to choose frames for my photos as a I work. Previously, I was a daycare provider (when my daughter was little) and a full charge bookkeeper.

I'm a ChiropracTOR. I'm also in a post-doc program of philosophy. It's ironic, in practice I turn on the life in people to let them fully express thier God-given potential and behind the camera I am trying to capture a glimpse of the 'subtle substance of the soul.' Oh yeah, if I could get paid for reading literature I would...and I mean the great works like Homer, The Iliad, Walden and anything from Emerson or Hawthorne.

I am a lawyer by day and indie rocker by night. Oh yeah, I guess you can't call "superhero" an occupation really.
