I have been asked to do some family portraits for some friends.
cuttently I have 3 Lenses efs18-55mm 3.5-5.6, ef80-200mm 4.5-5.6II, this lens will give me upto 320mm and the other lens is a ef75-300mm 4.5-5.6III USM this lens will give up to 480mm.
would anyone recommend any other lens or lenses that would be useful.
This is my first portraits that I have ever done so can anyone recommend any good poses I can get the family to do.
The other thing is how much should I charge, the shoot will be at their home.
Thanks in advance for your help.

For the family, and your lens selection, you may have no choice but the 18-55mm but don't let people tell you this lens sucks - personally, mine is as sharp as my 50mm f1.8. Anyways, use that for larger groups and use the 75-300 at about 85mm for anything you do with individuals.
As far as posing, try a yahoo image search for "family portrait" and see if you like anything in there. :)

For an additional lens, you could pick up a 50mm f/1.8 for about $100.

Oh and your other two questions. If you're going to be doing a lot more work and a lens could pay for itself - the Tamron 28-75mm 2.8 is the only way I'd ever go. And yes, the 50mm f1.8 as Chris said.
As to what to charge them - what's been discussed? For just sitting fee and an 11x14? What's the deal? Hard to say otherwise. I'd charge them $35 plus prints.

After the obligatory look-at-the-camera-and-smile shots, I attempt to get some candids of interaction between smaller groups or pairs of two. Sometimes these become the most requested shots. I will frame 2 people (or more) and ask, "What have you always wanted to say to .....?" and then wait for the perfect instant of most emotion. I've gotten some outstanding results this way. edit addition ... Also introducung a dog or other animal into a shot initially will break any tension or nervousness and help focus the group.
