I did a Google Search for digital photographers looking for people in motion to shoot and it brought this forum up! So, let me tell you what the deal is and if anyone is interested, please contact me.
I am an event coordinator on a Oceanside, California El Camino High School's event. It's their first ever "Pageant & Rumble In The Jungle Dance" and it's coming up next Friday, June 10th. Of course, the Senior students putting ran out of money (they never really had any) before their "needs" list was fulfilled. And at this point, they do not have a photographer for this fun event and I am wondering if anyone is interested in working this event next Friday. It starts at 5:30PM with the Pageant (a true pageant), including the Crowning of one senior male and one female) and then the real fun begins when the DJ kicks off the Rumble In the Jungle Dance around 7AM.
I have put a lot of work into this event and everything you'll see from the Fabulous Lighting, Huge Video Screens, Real Palm Trees, Banana Trees, Ferns, Large Jungle Murals, Real Lions, Wildcats, Warthogs, and the jungle true jungle in Foyer will be ideal for capturing some wonderful images.

There are several of us here in the Area... Check back after five and you might have yourself a taker... I'll check my schedule and see what I got going that night...

| I am game, however there is a small problem, I live in Iceland but if you pay for an airplane ticket and a hotel room I´ll gladly do this for free ;o) Just to be clear I am serious but also seriously, I hope you find someone local to do this. Good luck! |
