Greetings everyone!

I have one question that needs some help (aside from my pictures gradually getting worse!)

Anyhow, how do you vote for a picture that you do not think meets the challenge requirements aside from the title? Now, I understand that some people are very creative and the pic actually does meet the challenge in a way that I do not understand, but there are also times where it simply does not meet the challenge. So how do you score it, especially when it might be a very good picture?

Per the rules, "While voting, users are asked to keep in highest consideration the topic of the challenge and base their rating accordingly."

How you interpret this is entirely up to you.
