Can you set your own Shutter Speed on it ?
Does it worth the price ?
And if you want, leave anything you want that can encourage or discourage me to buy it !

why not go for the barely used 350xt that is for sale on a different thread ?
the 300D is ok, it's bad at high ISO but fine for most other settings, then it's just up to the lens ;) |

Yes
Does it worth the price ?
Only you can answer that question. Look at the features and the price and see if it's worth it to you or not.

I have. Certainly good enough for any size prints. Get a good lens, though, or at least a sharp one to start off. Not the kit...

I have been happy with my Rebel.
I prefer its size to the XT--it's larger in the hand.
I wish it had the ability to lock up the mirror for longer exposures.
Should you buy it? I don't know.
Was it worth my money? Absolutely. (I had a Rebel 35mm before this one.)
If I were buying a camera today, I would probably get the 20D.

I love my 6.3 Rebel... Of course, there are many options. Will you be happy with it? I know I am.

It's a good camera but there are a few things about it that leave me wanting more. Mostly these are in the speed of the buffer and in the metering modes and white balance accuracy.

actually the rebel has mirror lockup, but it is disabled, if you install the wasia hack then many new features will become available, it was the first thing I did when I bought my rebel. |
