I know there is another family portrait thread, but I didn't want to hijack it in any way... Still, I was wondering what everyone thought of these:

These are some great shots. One thing though.. everyone dressed in stark white on a very sunny day!?! What were you *thinking*!?!? lol

The fact that you actually pulled it off is even more impressive.

Great posing and composition on those david. I left you a couple comments. Well done!

It would be nicer to comment on photos that would have their descriptions filled in... once again i would politly ask for people to fill in that...
Apart from that i think the portraits are really great... Very nice lighting and nice tone you choose...
Seems a pretty nice family.

Thanks for the comments!

I'm especially pleased that overall the posing seemed well accepted. That is what I worried about most, being a fairly large group and all.

Some of you suggested some fairly easy fixes, I'll give those a try and show them to the family. I appreciate the help!

I always seem to forget that! So sorry. I've gone back and added information on each of the photos.

Thanks! By the way, I got a kick out of the comment you left on the picture of the girls. (bolding is mine)

This is a really nice portrait of the girls.. The pose is really nice and there expressions are great. Should try more work woth them, they seem very photogenic. the girl on the right has a really nice smell.

See... I don't think I was up close enough to notice her smell... I'm amazed you sensed it through a photo! :-)

Só notei agora que vc é de Portugal. Então, meus parabéns por seu inglês "quase" perfeito. :-)
