Thanx guys. Too bad the damage is not restricted to here. A publication I am involved with has also needed to print a retraction.

while you guys are online, on average how long approval take for prints to be sold?

Usually within 24 hours... yours were just approved.

Lol. We only wish we had that kind of readership. On the other hand, damage control there was actually much more simple as a lot less people were subjected to the misinformation and the retraction was near as instantaneous.
