Can someone who has Photoshop Elements 3 tell me how to do a border on a picture? Thanks! |

To frame an existing selection with a new selection border
The Border command creates a soft-edged, anti-aliased selection border. When you add the new selection border, only pixels between the two selection borders are selected.
In the Editor, use a selection tool to make a selection.
Choose Select > Modify > Border.
Enter a value between 1 and 200 pixels in the Width text box, and click OK.
Straight from the help file in Elements 3 :)
If you just want to do a simple white border, in the editor go to:
Image > resize > canvas size
then add the size you want to the canvas size
