i just downloaded 7.0 and when i browse my photos to open them it wont open my RAW images.

Photoshop 7 requires the Camera Raw plugin to open Raw images, and that plugin is an additional purchase.
Even then (and someone will correct me if I am wrong on this), I believe the Camera Raw plugin for Photoshop 7 does not support the Digital Rebel's RAW format. You will need at least Adobe Photoshop CS.
