		I see a lot of Photoshop Neat image being used on post processing. What is it exactly and is there an equivelent on Paint Shop Pro?

		Neat Image is not an Adobe product or part of Photoshop itself but is a noise reduction software tool created by ABSoft.
 
 They offer it as a standalone program OR as a third-party PhotoShop plugin which allows users to access it from within PhotoShop.

 Edit: As it runs as a standalone program, you can use it on your images after you are done with PSP.

		It can also run as a plug-in on Paint Shop Pro as well...it's quite handy!  ;^)
