Today i was trying out the flash 580ex settings...
These photos where optained with one flash bouncing of the ceiling and two normal light bulbs one on the ceiling and another on the front of the camera, pointing to the subject...
I would like some comments to know if i am going in the right direction...
I know the backdrop is wrickled, and durty. :)
     
I would really appreciate some critiques.

Frederico I think these are very good.
Good model! Great light. I think your developing a real style.

| Really like the last two! not only is the lighting good, but those two pictures really jump out at a viewer. Excellent job! |

The last one is my fav. Awesome composition and lighting on that one especially.
Good work, what kind of lights are you using?

Also prefer the last one.
I would try a closer crop on the first one.
On the 3rd one "face" I would experiment with bounce or more side light.. or maybe a flash diffuser.
Karate Kid and Capoeira are very cool ideas, but I think they suffer from a straight angle..
Try playing around with different angles on those...
I know it is very hard, but you can do it!

u have some GREAT shots posted here. I am big on seeing eyes in everything so the 3rd one for me would be better if i could see both eyes.i love the look here. the last two are my picks. great light in all of them. i like the B&W of both of them.
