Hello all, comments are welcome
Do not bother with the sharp shadows, I did not have the option, I did wait for a large cloud to set itself in from of the sun, It could have been worse.
This is actually a composite of 4 pictures taken free hand and merged together.

What size did the original come out to be?
What lens did you use?
Did you lock your exposure?
Just some of the questions I have just looking at the picture. To me it looks like you could of have taken the group picture with one shot if you were using say a 18-55mm Lens. I maybe wrong, I can't tell with the 640x image. Still good shot for handheld. I can't even get a good focus shot handheld.

I did take some global pictures but did not quite look good, the group is kind of lost in backgroud. I could have compacted the group better and make them less stretched
