Just thought I'd show you a few stitched images I took last year at Mariposa Sequoia Grove. They're such amazing examples of nature that I thought it worth sharing.

love the photos here....i would love to see the last one in colour.
what time of year did u take these? i cant wait to get to go there myself....someday :o)

smilebig4me1x - you'll need a lot of time to fully explore this amazing place. It's so lush and rich with wildlife - just a wonderful antidote to city life.

thanks for the colour shot....I find myself likeing colour photos alot better...it looks like a fantastic place to go...i think i would go into a click happy photographer if i ever get to make it there. better make sure i have about a dozen of the biggest SD cards available with me when i go. wonderful wonderful photos! thanks for sharing :o)

edit to ask: did u get a chance to hike down to the huge waterfall shown in the valley photo?

Sadly not. That's Bridalveil Falls and almost a sheer drop. I'd have loved to more deep trekking but we had our young boys with us which held us back a bit, but they did well and enjoyed the adventures through the undergrowth.
