Funny, I think I could have copied that comment and pasted it into virtually every image here on DPC :)

It is not mine, by any means. And its still made exclusively (almost) in MSPaint, which I find tremendously impressive.

I think the photoshop blurring is quite crucial to it though :)

Good grief he spent 500 hours on that! Edited at the pixel level. It appears he is a very talented artist with somewhat limited software skills... just imagine what he could do if he really know PS.
