I recently ordered a 16x20 print on doubleweight mattboard. I like it 'as is' for hanging and am thinking of not framing it. Is there a spray or something I can put on the print that will protect it?

You can use a lacquer spray with a uv inhibitor. I can't recommend a particular brand but they are available at any art store.

EDIT: I should add that glass is much easier in the long run. Protects from fingerprints better than a coating and more resistant to your kids playing ball, smoke/cooking damage, dust, etc.

Aha! Thanks for the quick response; I'll try that.
