Sounds like a good price for such a cool program. Even more so when you compare it to something like CS2. Okay, the Adobe program has more features, but for beginners to intermediates, I think that PSP is gonna fulfill all your needs.
If anyone wants to know anything elso about the prog, feel free to ask!

I use PSP9 and like it a lot. I also have PScs, but haven't gotten used to it for now.
