I just thought this one was sort of cute. It's at Chicago's U.S. Cellular Field (Sox field), the Orioles are in the outfield and Austin Powers is on the marquee. It's right at dusk, so it is somewhat muted. The Sox threw it away, so congrats to you Orioles fans last night. : P |

The Sox didn't throw it away, the O's bats just woke up after a two game slumber.
That's a neat shot of the ballpark, well done. One thing I especially like about it is that you let it be twilight instead of jacking it up with editing to make it look like it was daylight. The sky, the lights, and the relative dimness on the field all add up to a different take on a frequently seen shot of ballparks.
Who does Austin Powers play for? ;)

LOL! Well, it was still an enjoyable if somewhat chilly evening in downtown Chicago. Thanks for your comments coolhar! And I don't have a clue about Austin Powers or remember why he was up there (probably telling someone to behave) - but it was the right moment for the photo! |

| Ahhh Chicago, such a city divided!!! I like either team, but must admit you can hardly get Cubs tickets whether they are winning or losing - does NOT matter! |
