Don't use too much moisturiser, it kinda melts your face

I followed the instructions on this link. This was my very try at this kind of thing and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I will be experimenting with this technique again, but with better portrait photos.
I'm also always looking for web sites with cool PS tutorials. Please share if you know of any.

Yeah, that would be cool. But I think I would have to add something 150 lbs of body mass to play the part convincingly
