This is a shot I took of my friend. The shot was taken in front of at train tunnel. I really like the way this came out, but since I don't normally do portraits, could I get someone good at this type of photography to crique this. Thanks!

I'd try to get the tunnel more in focus with a greater depth of field. Being an outsider (i.e. I wasn't there to have previous knowledge of what was in her background), the tunnel opening and rails makes it look like some sort of funky two legged green lamp. If the rails and opening were in focus, I'd be able to tell what it was without needing to read your summary.
Just my $0.05 worth ;) |

Her face seems to be a bit out of focus. I agree with the DOF that Rob mentioned. I would like to also see a tightier crop but other than that its a good photo.
